Socios means partners in Spanish. And why that name. Well, besides us three partners behind Socios, Oscar, Jimmy and Kristian, we also see our guests as partners and fans of what we do. Therefore, we also want our Socios to become members of our club, where we offer plenty of unique offers.
We call ourselves a gastrotapas restaurant. Here, guests can enjoy both small tapas dishes as well as hearty main courses. Our inspiration for the food primarily comes from Spain, but the flavors are also combined with influences from the rest of the world.
Vegetables mean a lot to us, and that's why we attach great importance to the offerings of the seasons and we collaborate with local farmers to get the vegetables as fresh as possible. At Socios, it will always be possible to put together a complete vegetarian menu, from tapas to main courses.
Of course, there will also always be sustainable fish and meat on the menu.
Basically, we just want to make food that we ourselves enjoy eating.
Our wines are carefully chosen based on the philosophy of "less is more".
