2. Application
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of services, online payments, reservations, and order pickups from Socios APS unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Reservations
- Reservations can be made via our online booking system or by contacting us directly via phone or email.
- For groups of more than 6 people, reservations must be made directly via phone or email.
- By making a reservation, you accept our cancellation policy.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Private Reservations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the agreed reservation time.
- Groups of more than 12 participants: Cancellations must be made in writing no later than 4 weeks before the event.
- Groups of less than 12 participants: Cancellations must be made in writing no later than 2 weeks before the event.
- Cancellations less than 6 days before the event: A compensation of 50% of the price for the canceled covers will be charged if cancellations are made after the aforementioned deadlines but within 6 days before the event.
- Cancellations later than 6 days before the event: A compensation of 75% of the price for the canceled covers will be charged.
- No Shows: Failure to attend will result in being charged the full price for the entire event.
5. Indemnification
In case of cancellation, regardless of whether it is done timely, Socios can demand indemnification for expenses related to specially agreed services that cannot be canceled, which include music, performances, etc.
6. No Shows - Groups
In case of no-shows, Socios can charge the full price for the entire event.
7. Deposit
In connection with the reservation of groups, Socios may require a deposit, the size of which is determined individually for each group. The deposit is deducted from the final bill or refunded upon timely cancellation.
8. Price and Payment
- Prices for menus and events are available on our website and include VAT.
- Payment can be made either on the day of the visit to the restaurant or via online payment using the accepted payment methods.
- We accept the following payment methods via OnPay: Visa, MasterCard, MobilePay, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
- Online payments are secured through OnPay, which uses encryption to protect your payment information.
- The customer will receive a receipt for the online payment via email immediately after the transaction is completed.
- Note: On the customer's bank statement, Socios will appear as the debitor.
9. Pickup
- Pickup of ordered items must occur at the agreed time, which is indicated at payment and confirmation of the order.
- If pickup does not occur at the agreed time, the order will be canceled, and payment will not be refunded.
10. Special Agreements
Any special agreements, including menu requests and event details, must be confirmed in writing between Socios APS and the customer.
11. Liability
Socios APS cannot be held liable for delays or cancellations due to force majeure such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen events outside our control.
12. Data Protection
We handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on our website. When you make an online payment, we only collect the necessary data to complete the transaction.

14. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law, and any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
15. Changes
Socios APS reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Changes will be announced on our website.
