Cancellation policy for company events at Socios

1. Companies with more than 12 participants

Cancellation must be submitted in writing to info@losocios.dk no later than 4 weeks before the event's date.

2. Companies with less than 12 participants

Cancellation must be submitted in writing to info@lossocios.dk no later than 2 weeks before the event's date.

3. Cancellation within 6 days before the event

If the entire event is cancelled - or the number of guests is reduced by more than 10% - after the deadline in section 1 or 2, but before 6 days before the event's date, Socios may require compensation equivalent to 50% of the price for the cancelled seats.

4. Cancellation after 6 days before the event

If the entire event is cancelled - or the number of guests is reduced - after 6 days before the event's date, Socios may require compensation equivalent to 75% of the cancelled seats.

5. Indemnification

In case of cancellation, regardless of whether it is done on time, Socios may request to be indemnified for expenses for specially arranged services that cannot be cancelled, such as music, performances, etc.

6. Non-appearance - companies

In case of non-appearance, Socios may require full payment for the entire event.

7. Deposit

In connection with the reservation of company events, Socios may require a deposit, the amount of which is set separately for each company. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill, or refunded upon timely cancellation in accordance with sections 1 and 2.
